Frequently Asked Questions
1
What is the difference between regular pilates and due time pre & post natal classes?
At Due Time, our classes are designed specifically for women during pregnancy and into motherhood. Whether you’re preparing for birth, rebuilding strength after baby, or simply wanting to move your body in a supportive space, these classes are tailored to meet you where you are.
2
Do I need pilates experience?
Not at all. Classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Every exercise is guided with clear instruction and options so you can move safely and confidently.
3
Is there pram parking?
Due to the layout of the studio, there isn’t space to store prams inside and there is a small step at the entrance. For this reason, I kindly ask that prams are left in the car where possible. If you need any assistance we can happily lend a hand.
4
Can I bring my baby?
Yes! Babies are absolutely welcome in our postnatal classes. These sessions are designed to be flexible and understanding of feeding, settling and everything in between.
5
Cancellation Policy
We understand that pregnancy, babies and motherhood can be unpredictable. If you’re unable to attend a class, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice where possible. You will receive a credit to use at a later date. This helps keep the classes running smoothly while allowing us to continue offering a supportive and personalised experience for every mum. Late cancellations unfortunately, result in the loss of that class from your 6-week pack.
